We cover events in West Yorkshire. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or birthday celebration in the region, our services are available to make your occasion truly special.

When you make a reservation with us, we reserve the slot for your event and turn away any potential customers. The £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your booking and covers any potential business lost while reserving your slot. In the event that you change your mind, we will provide a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Orders: We strive to provide excellent service, but in the rare event of issues such as incorrect or damaged items at your event, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and kindly request evidence to facilitate a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the booking.

If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, we can provide a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. All deposits are non-refundable as they cover the reservation of slots on our calendar. This ensures that other potential customers are turned away, securing your event date. The £100 non-refundable deposit is essential to confirm your reservation.
